Omkar graduated from the year long PCC (Professional Coaching Certificate) program, offered by Thirdspace (UK) in partnership with New Ventures West (USA). As a designated Integral Coach®, he is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

He has designed & held coaching programs for a variety of clients. The client pool he has coached is diverse with nationalities & cultural upbringing from Singapore, USA, Dubai, India, UK, Brazil & Austria. He has experience with clients who are corporate executives, independent professionals, students and homemakers.

As an Integral coach, in his coaching programs, he has learned to blend adult development theory, to integrate philosophies (ontology, phenomenology and pragmatism), to thwart the inner critic along with using enneagram and somatic work. He combines inquiry & advocacy, finds a new language & structure of interpretation to set his clients up not only for long-term excellence, but also to become self-correcting & self-generating.

In addition to the PCC, he has also completed Foundations of Coaching Course (FCC Certification).

Omkar has 10+years of global corporate exposure in Marketing and Digital, from niche businesses to some of the world's largest fortune 500 companies.

Currently in Montreal, he has also lived in Singapore, Dubai, Mumbai, New Delhi, Mauritius & New York. His work enabled him to travel extensively as well as to engage with multi cultural teams, bringing him a diverse understanding of people and their contexts.

Alongside coaching, he continues to hold a full time corporate role.
